Vision Direct is one of the biggest e-commerce website selling contact lenses in Europe, Australia and the US. They used to produce their Instagram content with a mix of in-house graphic design and stock imagery. In 2018, through a suggestion from their head of UX Design, they decide to work with us. Since then we worked on a myriad of projects; from their monthly Instagram organic content to their Next day delivery campaign, No contract campaign, New customer lead campaign and retargeting visitors campaign. We also created social mini-campaigns and new product launch campaigns.

We created an Instagram content workflow with the acquisition and marketing team. The way it works is that the marketing team fills a google sheet document with the content they want to produce, with their ideas, posts captions, featured products, colour schemes, subjects, and the kind of assets they would like to see. After reviewing the brief with the client, we produce photographic images, gifs, videos or image galleries to suit the client need. 

For USPs, new product launches and targeted products campaigns, we produce the full range of assets to be used on the website landing pages, micro-sites, social networks, social ADs, printed ADs, and marketing emails.
